• Morgan County Menus - FAST developed an expanded version of the 2004 booklet "The Morgan County Diet" with more ideas on appetite, exercise, what food does, food contents and daily menu plans.
• Health Olympics - FAST co-sponsored putting exercise equipment for a healthy walking track at Widmeyer School.
• Fact Mastery - FAST members participated in regional "Brain Games" and gave travel grants to six Morgan County students to compete in the national Academic Olympics in New Orleans.
• FAST is identifying and recruiting members and local groups interested in planning and maintaining museum exhibits to display and interpret interactions of arts, sciences and technologies in everyday life. It plans to recruit mentors for student science fair projects and a possible science club for people of all ages to have fun exploring ideas.
• FAST sponsors community discussions that examine general health and nutrition, including beneficial aspects of complementary and alternative medicine as well as the benefits from nutrition education of adolescents for primary prevention of cardiovascular disease.
