Omega-3 Pizza Contest

FAST is hosting an "Omega-3 Pizza Contest " for recipes that use ideas like those in "Morgan County Menus" and "The Ultimate Omega-3 Diet" to help people balance omega-3 and omega-6 hormone precursors in their body and implement tasty, healthy changes in daily family life.

- - Submit your omega-3 pizza recipe (listing all ingredients) to the Morgan County Library or Morgan County Partnership before July 31.
- - Entry recipes will be judged on their predicted ability to improve a person's balance of omega-3 and omega-6 hormone precursors to have more 3 than 6 and on the judges' view of the likely taste
- - The top entries will win free finger-tip analysis of the entrant's personal omega-3 status and $3 coupons for good food at Tony's Pizza.
